Biography
Main Naser Alolayyan is a PhD holder in Health Quality and Productivity Improvement from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He obtained his MSc from Yarmouk University in cooperation with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), in 2006, with concentration in the field of health service management. He obtained his Bachelor in Medical Technology from Baghdad University in 2002. Currently working as Assistant Professor in Health Management and Policy (Faculity of Medicin) in Jordan University of Science and Technology. His research works have appeared in journals such as Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, The Asian Journal on Quality, Int. J. Services and Operations Management, Int. J. of Productivity and Quality Management and the Journal of Global Management. He has also participated and presented articles in several international conferences in Spain, Jordan, Indonesia Malaysia, and New Zealand.
Research Interest
His primary research interests in total quality issues, health information management, organizational performance measurement, e-health and smart mobile health, flexibility and operational flexibility, service quality, and service management.
